1. Plan Overview

The affiliate program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is designed to reward partners who bring us effective traffic or sales through your promotion channels. When you join the program, you will receive a unique tracking ID that will be used to record qualifying actions generated through your promotions.

2. Qualifications for joining

  1. Admission Conditions
  • Have a legally operated website, social media account, email list or other online promotion channels.
  • Promotional channel content must not contain illegal, infringing, false or misleading information.
  • Promotion through inappropriate means such as spam, forced pop-ups, and traffic hijacking is not allowed.
  1. Situations where participation is prohibited
  • Promotional channels are mainly targeted at minors or contain adult-restricted content.
  • Applicants whose qualifications have been terminated due to violation of other cooperation terms.
  • Entities or individuals prohibited from engaging in promotional activities by laws and regulations.
  1. Application and Review
  • After submitting your application, we will complete the review within a few working days.
  • The results of the review will be notified via the contact information you provided. No further explanation will be given if the review fails.

3. Affiliate Commission

  1. Commission Calculation Method
  • Qualifying actions: Qualifying sales or specified conversions completed through your unique link.
  • Commission rate: calculated as a fixed percentage of the effective order amount. The specific rate is subject to the alliance background display.
  • Commission base: the actual amount paid after deducting taxes, shipping costs, refunds and discounts.
  1. Situations not included in commission
  • Orders generated using links that are not exclusive to you.
  • Repeated orders or abnormally high-frequency orders placed by the same user.
  • Orders generated through self-purchase, insider or relative accounts.
  • The order is returned, charged back or canceled.
  • Use any form of coupon code (unless the code is explicitly tied to your affiliate account).
  1. Commission Payment
  • Payment cycle: Settled monthly or according to a set period, subject to the alliance agreement.
  • Payment threshold: Payment can be initiated only after the accumulated commission reaches the minimum payment amount.
  • Payment method: through designated third-party payment service provider.
  • Payment time: Processed within a few working days after the end of the settlement cycle.

4. Tracking and Attribution

  1. Tracking Mechanism
  • Record user source through cookies or similar technologies. Qualifying actions generated within the default attribution window (such as 30 days) will be credited to your account.
  • The attribution window is based on the last click. The last affiliate link clicked by the same user will be considered the source of the conversion.
  1. Attribution Controversy
  • If there is an attribution dispute between multiple alliance parties on the same order, the original record in the tracking system shall prevail.
  • We reserve the right to make the final judgment on the disputed order.

5. Promotion Standards

  1. Permitted Promotion Methods
  • Post exclusive links on channels you control.
  • Guide users naturally through original content (e.g. reviews, tutorials, recommendation lists).
  • Use search engine advertising, but do not purchase bidding keywords that contain brand names.
  1. Prohibited Promotion Methods
  • Send unsolicited spam or mass messages.
  • Post links to discount coupon websites or unauthorized aggregation platforms.
  • Impersonate, fake our official page or use misleading domain names.
  • Hijack traffic through forced pop-ups, automatic redirects, and browser plug-ins.
  • Use brand trademarks or similar words as keywords in any form of paid search advertising.
  1. Content Restrictions
  • Do not make false or exaggerated claims about our products or services.
  • Promotional content may not contain illegal, violent, discriminatory or adult material.
  • It is necessary to clearly disclose to users that you may receive commissions for promotion (such as “contains affiliate links” notation).

6. Account Management

  1. Account Security
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, loaned or sold to third parties.
  1. Reports and Data
  • The alliance backend provides real-time or quasi-real-time click, conversion and commission data.
  • The data is for reference only, and the final settlement is based on our internal records.
  1. Account Termination
  • You can apply to close your account and stop promotion at any time.
  • If this clause is violated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account, and any illegal commissions that have been generated but not paid will be cancelled.
  • Upon termination of your account, you should immediately stop using all promotional materials.

7. Promotional materials

  • We provide standard materials such as banners, text links, and product images for your use.
  • The core content of the material may not be modified (except for resizing), and any copyrights or logos may not be removed.
  • The permission to use materials will be automatically terminated when the alliance account is terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We do not guarantee the continuous availability, uninterrupted or error-free nature of the Program. System maintenance, technical glitches, or third-party service issues may cause tracking to be delayed or lost.
  2. In any case, our cumulative liability to a single affiliate shall not exceed the total commission paid to that affiliate in the past 12 months.
  3. We are not responsible for any third-party claims caused by the alliance’s promotional activities.

9. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be notified through alliance backend announcements or emails.
  • Continuing to participate in the program after the changes take effect will be deemed to be acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Complete Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding this Plan and supersede all previous oral or written communications. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining parts will not be affected.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • The interpretation of these terms and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the location where the operator is located.
  • Any disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, they will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
