1. Return conditions

  1. Time Range
  • You can apply for return within the specified number of days from the date the order is delivered (the specific number of days is subject to the checkout page or order confirmation information).
  1. Product status requirements
  • The product must be in its original sales condition: unused, unwashed, unmodified, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, etc. must be returned together.
  • If the product is a sealed product, it must be kept in its original sealed state and not broken.
  1. Return is not supported
  • The product is damaged, stained or accessories are missing due to personal reasons.
  • Exceeded the specified time limit for return application.

2. Return Process

  1. Make an application
  • Submit a return application through the original purchase channel and fill in the order information and reason for return.
  1. Audit and Confirmation
  • After approval, you will receive a return authorization notification and return address.
  1. Send the product back
  • Pack the goods properly and send them back according to the requirements in the notice.
  • It is recommended to keep the return receipt (such as the courier tracking number) for easy reference.
  1. Acceptance and Processing
  • After receiving the returned goods and passing the inspection, start the refund or exchange process.
  • If the acceptance fails, the applicant will be contacted to explain the situation (if the application needs to be resent or rejected).

3. Refund instructions

  • After passing the acceptance, the refund processing time usually takes a few working days.

4. Exchange Instructions

  • If you need to exchange an item (change size or color for the same item), please make a note in the return request.
  • Exchange availability depends on stock availability. If there is insufficient stock, it will be processed as a return and refunded.
  • There is usually no additional freight charge when exchanging goods. The details will be subject to the audit notice.

5. Exception handling

  • Product quality issues: If it is confirmed that there are quality defects not caused by use, the relevant return shipping costs will be borne by the shipper.
  • Wrong product sent: If the product received does not match the order, please submit an application in time and a free exchange or full refund will be arranged.
  • Return Lost: If the item is lost during the return journey, it must be negotiated with a valid return receipt.
